The volume figures are guide values. If a role consistently runs above them, we reach out before any extra costs arise. Setup is a one-time fee based on effort, agreed in the first call; typically one monthly fee, waived on an annual contract. Cancel monthly: on cancellation, results and documentation are handed over, then your data is deleted.
